Return & Refund Policy
1)We accept returns only if the item is damaged during transit or we send you the wrong items by mistake.
2)For Processing returns you have to send us an unboxing video
Note: Without an unboxing video we can't accept the returns.
3)Place your return in its original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories, and parts are included.
4) Pack it well and secure it with tape before handing it over to your courier partner.
5) Please ask for an acknowledgment receipt after handing over the sealed packet of the product you wish to return. That's it!
Crazy Collections has “Return Policy”. Please note that we take utmost care while delivering the products to our customers, however, we also request our customers to check the products at the time of delivery for any damages.
